DRESS CODE: SUMMER COCKTAIL ATTIRE (White & Blue) Only

Women: Wear cocktail dress, skirt of pants white and/or blue. Accessorizing to suit summer mood.

Men: Wear blue or white suit, coat tie optional summer style.
